谢谢楼主提供的价格表。现在的房价涨,主要是房东要的溢价高了。请问楼主,COMMONWEALTH附近的60平方米的较近地铁的装修普通的三房式,多少溢价合理?问了几家,开口价都是比估价高5万,至少也得三万多。现在得行情真的这样了吗?记得去年后半年还就高一两万左右。
