玉兰你好∶我是一个陪读妈妈，很想知到你在那里学英语，外面的学习班太多，不知道怎样选择，想请你帮帮忙，给点建议，谢谢!

英语学校有很多,关键看你时间是如何安排的,如果你不需要找工作去做,建议你参加全日制的学校,一天3个小时,分上午班和下午班,   当然如果你的经济条件比较好,时间也比较充裕,你可以同时参加两个班,这样进步会比较快,不过是两个班的学费!周一至周五上课,周末休息,每3个月为一个周期,期末有考试,及格可以升级到高一个等级学习,一共是6个级别.   学校很难说那一个好,教过我的老师估计有不下10个,我觉得老师是最重要的,   我曾经在一个朋友的鼓动下(朋友的老公是语言学校的学生代理),报名参加了牛车水的一个语言学校,学费一下交了2300新元,但是我发现老师实在不敢恭维,尽管我的英文不好,就是因为不好,所以才需要正规的老师来教导,那间学校的老师主要是新加坡人,马来人,印度人,菲律宾人,也许他们水平很高,但是那发音我实在是难以忍受,,还有就是学生的群体参差不齐,在课余都说中文,这也是我无发接受的,所以我还是中断的在那个学校的学习,2千多块达了个水漂,重要是我不想浪费时间,   我现在的学校老师是美国人,(其实不是所有的欧美籍的老师都是合适作老师的),非常好,我现在是跟随他,他刚换了一间学校,所以我也换了学校,因为这个老师是我目前遇到的最好的一个,,,,,我现在的学校在BUGIS靠近新加坡国家图书馆,   因为我是陪读妈妈,不想将来在新加坡找工作,所以我不需要有关的文凭,所以入学非常简单,交钱就可以了,,,,

5  Aug  2006We had studied a lesson about Picasso  and  Hemingway , they  were both  famous  artists in the world! But they  weren’t  absolutely  same at  all.   Picasso was  a  genius and  a great painter , he  was  born in 1881 and was the only son in the family, he was thoroughly spoiled but his father loved him and gave him more freedom, even  when his father  was working, he followed his father and watched his father  paint, sometimes  he was allowed to help! In fact ,his father was an enlightening  teacher for him! So , Picasso had a happy family life!  Hemingway  was a great  writer, he was born in 1899 and was  the second of six children , his family was strict and very religious, he was fascinated by war ,so many of his books were about war. His  family had a special psychological  trouble. Both  his grandfather  and  father committed  suicide! Hemingway  killed himself with a shotgun ,just as his father had done  before him! Hemingway  didn’t have a  happy family life .   I  think  that , what is  the most important, while your children  grow up in  the  family?Parents are  the  first  teachers  for  their children , especially the mother! I am a mother ,what can I teach  for my children?  “the mother”  means  responsible,    I’m  not  a good  mother  but  I try . I remember ,when my son was three , I couldn’t  take care  him , I always  traveled a  lot for  my  business, until  he was  sixteen, he  loves  his grandma and  mammy  more  than  me ! I  feel apologetic,  so that , I  break off  my job  and  lived in Singapore  for my son ,I want  to  become  a  employable mother , I try to do it!
