<a name="OLE_LINK2"></a><a name="OLE_LINK1">谢谢楼主的贴子受教了。</a> 可以请教一个复杂的问题吗? 1) 本人婚前曾与同是PR的姐姐联名买了二手组屋居住。之后姐姐出国读书，如今拿到海外PR，并有意申请第三国公民。届时，如果万一她新加坡PR5年到期续签不成功，我们是否要被迫卖掉这个单位？ 2）我本人目前的情况是已婚，已加入新加坡公民，两个孩子也是公民。先生孩子同住这间组屋（婚后没有另买屋子，但房子名下并没有加先生的名字。先生仍是PR，因为个人原因，不想申请公民）。父母持长期社交准证。如果到时先生选择不加入，我把父母加到房子owner list里，是不是就可以不用卖了？ 3）我们的梦想是保住这间组屋（因为地点好，出租非常容易，租金也高，舍不得卖），近期还考虑去买一套私人组屋或二手exe condo（好像如果要买新的exe condo，就一定要卖组屋是吗？）。4）我自己名下如果多一间公寓，是否就不能再享受政府给予组屋的各种补贴了？ 请大师看看，在这么多限制条件下，我的一套组屋+一套公寓的计划是否可行？毕竟这年头养儿防老，不如养房防老。我写得很乱，如果有发白日梦或想法有错的地方，麻烦您纠正一下，给些意见。谢了。
