if u are looking for unit near mrt or lrt, high fllor good renovation , be prepare to pay more, as all hse buyer are looking at the same thing, if u only prepare to pay less, look a bit outskirt say 15 minutes away from mrt. but i alway tell my clients , u buy near mrt pay a high price , u will enjoy the convinence of transport, next time when u have the intention to sell, u will get a better price compare to those outskirt , so it will come back to the same , and u had already enjoy all the good thing when u stay there.
the agency fee is 1% of the transacted price (purchase price of the hse) if those agencies registered with GST, than u have to pay the gst, [ all neg.]
the blk 303c (#14-, corridor unit] sengkang, will only be available around mid- june as still have some paper work to be done. by then email u , if u still have not located any hse i came bring u goto view this hse. |
