请问,签了OTP ,屋主可以反悔不卖了吗?

急问Michael,现在遇到agent给我们的问题了,当时第一次签OTP的时候,两方的agent都没有跟我们解释,直接叫我们在所有的地方都签了名字,包括acceptance那里,等于当时就ex. OTP了。我们是想买这套房子的,但是后来几天觉得程序不对。昨天从agent那里要了OPT的copy,发现他们确实把签OTP和ex.OTP的日期写成同一天了。我说到时候这会被HDB reject的,我要求重签OTP,可是agent不肯重签。请问michael,现在我们怎么办?这个OTP能就此作废吗?

[ they will fill in the date according to yr HLE or LOF]</p><p>for hdb policy, they will only accept the application:-</p><p>1.&nbsp;u can only sign the acceptance copy only when u obtain the HLE(hdb loan), letter of offer [bank loan],</p><p>&nbsp;[date of acceptance must be later then the HLE and LOF]</p><p></p>
