Both sides of agents are not new. They are experienced for several years. And&nbsp;It is&nbsp;really hard to&nbsp;believe that they are not conscious of such a mistake. I think they&nbsp;create this problem&nbsp;intentionally, and I dont know&nbsp;what they want.</p>
