can, although u did not meet the hdb rules and regulations but if it due to owner die or occupiers die, they will close one eye

as long as u did not get approval for rental out the whole unit , it will still consider owner staying.

谢谢Michael的解答。我已经在Boon Lay附近看好了一套房子,已经付了订金了。不过因为我上个月刚换工作,citibank贷款in-principal approval没有批下来。现在只好拿DBS的贷款了。还是要谢谢楼主,跟这个帖子一直下来,我也学到了不少东西,对我买房很有帮助。希望楼主再接再励继续帮助那些还在或者将要买房的朋友。谢谢.

hi,你好,房价涨得很多,如果现在买JTC得房子,会不会划算,我们打算先买个3房然后3年以后拿了公民在换大房,但是现在这个BLK正在电梯翻新,一梯4户,会不会很不划算如果买在非电梯层?还有一般电梯翻新得费用一般什么时候还?如果在翻新完成以后1-2年内能拿到公民,这个费用能不能拖到那个时候交?xiexie

normally the JTC is only selling to the existing tenant, and some they have ask agent to sell in open market, u may want to call the jtc hot line and check it out. please check their website.</p><p>it will be the same as those selling in resale market , the only different was the sellers is jtc and cannot use resalenet , only normal submission. so PR or SC all can buy and of course u can use hdb loan if u are qulify
