<p>唉,连michael都从不讲起obtain OTP到exercise OPT这14天是用来干嘛的,可见天下中介一般黑。其实政府很人性的,设定了OTP,就是给你14天时间内慎重考虑,随时可反悔的。大家去HDB网站上多学习吧,只有HDB是最可信的:</p><p><a href="http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10201p.nsf/WPDis/Buying%20A%20Resale%20FlatProcedures%20-%20Obtain%20Option%20to%20Purchase?OpenDocument&amp;SubMenu=Procedures">http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10201p.nsf/WPDis/Buying%20A%20Resale%20FlatProcedures%20-%20Obtain%20Option%20to%20Purchase?OpenDocument&amp;SubMenu=Procedures</a></p><p>你如果问起你的中介什么叫做OTP,他绝对不会跟你讲14天反悔这个事情的,都是讳之莫深。不好的中介还会在你obtain OTP时候连exercise OPT的签名都叫马上你签了,而你不知到这是什么意思,就稀里糊涂签了,就自动放弃了那个14天反悔期。到时候连多考虑一下的机会都没有了。</p>

<p>我们想买组屋,前几天交了OPTION FEE 刚和中介去银行签了贷款合约,OCBC二年半的FIX RATE3.95%...</p><p>是不是很高啊??</p><p>中介是不是会从银行那里拿到好处啊..?</p><p>谢谢LZ</p>
