<p>请问:</p><p>老公被派回国工作,可能全家都要跟着回国,想请问,我们在新加坡的房子是才跟HDB买的新房,可否全</p><p>部出租出去?一般情况下,可以请经纪公司帮忙管理这所房子嘛,收费如何?谢谢!</p>

<p>请问楼住:我和我老婆都是PR,看中了JURONG WEST的一套4房组屋,估价是255K,加cash8000。我叫banker帮我评估了下,他建议我们付10%的首期,分35年还,利息是4%,每个月大概还1120。那么35年下来一共要还470K,我觉得太夸张了,不知道4%的利息是怎么样计算得到470K的?请楼主帮我解答。&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 如果买房的话,我想住个6年就卖掉,要是按我那样算得话,是不是还是租房比较划算?谢谢楼住!</p>

请问楼主, 我想在西部买一套 500K的公寓,<br/>一楼,大概100多平方米,3间卧室.<br/>最初几年全套出租,位置靠近大学.以后留给自己家人住.<br/><br/>现在听说房价已经在涨了, 现在买是不是是个好主意那?<br/>另外,我是学生, 可能无法从银行拿到较高的贷款.<br/>还有别的限制么? <br/>[em01][em01][em01][em01]
