I didn't bet, I merely stated the fact that it was an isolated case which would not prove that the COV dropped 60%. Therefore the subject is absoluted misleading! that is “标题党”

If the AVERAGE COV after the new policy in 2 months drops to 10% of COV before, I would not be surprised. Nevertheless, ONLY that would demostrate the COV has dropped 90% or whatever, but NOT the single case.

Yes, this title is a bit over exaggerated, I mean, 60%. But then again, you seem to have trouble dealing with DENIAL. So can I conclude you have recently bought your house? I guess I am right.

COV下降是肯定的，因为过去一段太高，不可能一直上。问题是要多例来显示。不需要那么急急忙忙以个案来证明什么。个案中，逆势上升的保不准还有呢。

hehe，当时一个中介帮我同学买房子的时候，问我顺便要卖房子吗，现在价格高。 我说，如果给我10万COV我就一定卖。 那个中介还真记下了了， 当时房源少时，有生意，他们就尽量促成。 我看了下，上面写8万，10万COV的一大堆。 很多都不是认真要卖的。 新政策之后，那些稍微想换房子的，为了成交，也不乱喊8万10万了。喊个4万以下， 又回到当时市场合理COV下了。 不过话说回来。现在的估计比起半年前的成交价，还是涨了不少。 如果交易持续成交COV2万， 估价大致会5%左右的增长。因为2万相当于40万房子的5%。 每次成交都高COV2万， 房价只是涨的慢了。  除非大量的都低于估价2万成交。
