<p>all the bank is about the same , the compound interest is very killing , i have a few customer [ professional]&nbsp;choose citi bank for the [home saver plan] and they mention to me this plan is very good , as along the way,&nbsp;a lot money will be save and the money&nbsp; will not be lock inside.</p><p>the home saver plan work this work:-</p><p>1. when u take loan from citi bank , say 200k @ 4%</p><p>2. the bank will give u a account and u can put money inside and they will give u a saving interest rate of 4%</p><p>3. if let say u have 100k floating cash , u can put in this saving account , as and when u need cash , u can just with draw [ so the money is not lock in the hse , compare with other bank, once u put in cannot with draw ]</p><p>interest to know more , it better to get the citi-banker to explain to u. those need cit-banker nos just PM me.</p><p>only disadvantage:</p><p>&nbsp;the fire insurance is a bit high , around $130++ per year, [ compare to other , a few ten $] and the legal fee is around 2k-2.2k + gst
</p><p>终于跟完这个贴了。很感谢楼主事无巨细的解答。因为最近正好在看房想买房,看了楼主的帖获益不小。这里我也有个问题想问问michael。</p><p>我太太和我都是PR。现在我太太在一家新加坡公司的上海分公司工作,平时大多在上海,偶尔会回新加坡小住。象我们这样的情况买resale HDB,房贷由我一个人负担会有什么问题吗?因为我看到有MOP这个要求,如果我们买房以后只有我一个人常住,算不算满足MOP的要求?</p><p>还有我看到你所说的citibank的home saver plan感觉很不错,可不可PM我citibanker的联系方式。谢谢了。</p>

<p>楼主好,推荐个banker给我吧,我要去拿评估贷款能力的信。还有找人帮我算算贷款90%,200k左右房子的费用。谢谢pm我</p>

<p>请教你。。。</p><p>我是跟孩子联名买的房,我小孩才八岁。。。另外,我们都是pr,我跟前夫离婚,新加坡没有任何其他的亲戚。。。</p><p>想请问。。。如果联名的其中一方发生任何意外,那另一方仍然可以保留房子吗?</p><p>因为我完全没有任何亲戚可以填补这个名额。。。。。而我小孩又未成年,虽然我留给他的保险金足够付清所有贷款。。。。但还是很担心政府会收回房子。。。。</p>

<br/><br/>谢谢Michael的解答。我已经在Boon Lay附近看好了一套房子,已经付了订金了。不过因为我上个月刚换工作,citibank贷款in-principal approval没有批下来。现在只好拿DBS的贷款了。还是要谢谢楼主,跟这个帖子一直下来,我也学到了不少东西,对我买房很有帮助。希望楼主再接再励继续帮助那些还在或者将要买房的朋友。<br/>
